Pegasus Engineering is a full service design and consulting firm specializing in civil and environmental engineering.  Our primary service area includes all of New York State south of Poughkeepsie and southern Connecticut, but services are offered throughout the northeastern United States. Pegasus Engineering is wholly owned and operated by John J. Tacetta.  Mr. Tacetta is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) in the State of Connecticut, and holds a Masters of Science degree.  Mr. Tacetta has been a practicing engineer since 1988 and has broad experience in site planning & development, air & water resources, regulated and hazardous wastes, health and safety planning, environmental impact assessment, and environmental remediation & restoration (including CERCLA, RCRA, & TSCA sites).  Mr. Tacetta has overseen the completion of projects ranging in scope from $2,000 to $2,000,000.
